These three pieces are traditional studies of the skin, muscle, and bone groups. I focused on different sections with each figure. I depicted a male figure, a female figure, and a humanoid alien figure. The figures were modeled using free poses from anatomy360.info.
These three pieces are traditional studies of the skin/hair, muscle, and bone groups. I focused on different sections with each figure. I depicted lions, deer, and horses. With each image I crated two realistic images and one imagined figure from mythology.

The mood of Death Proof seems to match Mike Mignola's style so I put them together.
For this project I created a hypothetical expansion set for the table top board game Myth. I used their characters and environment and emulated their current art style.
The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy was one of my favorite shows growing up. I always wondered what they would look like when they got older. One of the projects in my character refinement class gave me the perfect opportunity to explore that a bit.
I tried several body types on Billy but decided it was best for him to be big and muscular. I did this because I had the idea that Billy would grow up to be a bully and the only person that could keep him under control would be Mandy.
